Lake Como Boat Tour from Milan The tour will begin with your private driver collecting you from your hotel in Milan (another custom location in the area can be agreed) with a luxury sedan or minivan. After a 1,5H drive you will reach Cernobbio, one of the most glamorous village of Lake Como. You’ll meet your official licensed private guide and board on your private luxury boat. You will have a 4H boat tour cruising and learning about the beautiful villages and the hidden gems of Lake Como. First stop of the tour will be Villa Balbianello. The property was lastly owned by the Italian explorer and philanthropist Guido Monzino, who donated the building and gardens to the FAI (National Trust of Italy). The Villa now hosts an extremely beautiful, rich and complete museum of Monzino’s expeditions and also includes many art masterpieces of his collection. You will then continue the cruise on the lake on your private luxury boat, pass by Comacina Island and finally reach and have some free time in the lovely town of Bellagio. You will then cruise back to Cernobbio where your private driver will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel in Milan or other desired location. You can choose to start the tour in the morning and enjoy the lake with the daylight, admire the beautiful landscape and ancient villas, or start the tour in late afternoon to enjoy the beautiful colors of sunset between the water and the Alps from the boat. Please note that Villa Balbianello is open to public every working-day, excluding Mondays and Wednesdays. The Lake Como Boat Tour is available from April to September. This tour can be organized also from Bellagio, Como, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Varenna.
